Fees

FEES are based on the location and time of the notary being performed.

The starting travel fee during normal business hours is $15. *Set by the State of California.

In addition, each notarized signature is a fixed fee of $15 (CA State charge) with every 5th signature free.

**We offer a “Super Saver Special” for appointments scheduled at the Starbucks located in the Nut Tree Plaza Center, Vacaville (1630 E Monte Vista Avenue #101). NO travel fee – you pay the $15/ per notarized signatute fee between Monday – Friday from 8:30-5:30pm ONLY. Does NOT apply to real estate/loan documents. *not to be combined with any other discounts.

Jail signings are $100 and includes travel + 1st signature notarized signature.

If you require a notary after hours, weekends, or major holidays the travel fee is increased between $10 and $500 depending on time of the appointment & location.

Hospitals/Care Home Facilities start at $55 and includes travel + 1st signature

Loan signings are a flat rate of $150-$200. Fees are increased for additional services.

Apostille services are a flat rate of $200. This includes travel to Secretary of State.

We offer a 5% senior, military, first responder and non-profit organization discounts. *not to be combined with any other discounts

PAYMENT accepted via cash, company check, paypal or any major credit card. You may also conveniently pay via PayPal.

SERVICES include appointments within 60 minutes of contact, 24 hours of mobile notary services throughout Solano County 7 days a week, courier, color printing, mailing, scanning and fax.

Appointments needed in less than 1 hour are considered emergency services and will incur an additional travel charge.

CANCELLATION policy is one hour prior to signing appointment otherwise travel fee will apply.

WAIT fees are $1 per minute for the first hour and $2 per minute for each hour thereafter. We offer a 15 minute grace period beginning at the appointment time.
